The Sherburne Project affordable housing program is located at 12 West State Street in Sherburne, New York. There are a total of five units in the building (4 one-one bedroom units and 1 two-bedroom units), with a one bedroom unit being a mobility accessible unit.Applications will be received on a "first come, first served" basis. Tenant incomes will be certified at initial occupancy and annually after the initial lease-up.

Also offers a respite program to families who are responsible for the daily care of a loved one with a developmental disability and need relief.
