VOA provides affordable permanent housing in Binghamton for homeless families. Seven apartments are located at 240 Chenango Street in Binghamton and six apartments are located at Hamilton Street in Binghamton. Housing stability support services are also provided to families.

Provides assistance to residents of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie counties with applying for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP).
