Offers a number of programs designed to meet the needs of children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Services include:

• Respite Services: Offers planned short-term and time-limited opportunities for families and care providers to have some personal time.
• Employment Services: Helps adults and youth to obtain and retain competitive employment through vocational counseling, employment training programs, work experience acquisition, soft skills development, rehabilitation services, and support services to help youth obtain, maintain, or advance in competitive employment or self-employment.
• Children's Health Homes/Care Management: Includes care coordination, comprehensive transitional care, individual and family support, and referral to community and social support services as needed.
• Community Habilitation: Assists youth living at home with a loved one or independently in the community to maintain or develop the highest level of independence possible for them.
• Community Based Day Habilitation: Promotes community inclusion and integration.
• Family Reimbursement Program: Covers expenses for goods and services needed to care for a loved one with a developmental disability who lives at home.
• Self-Directed Services: Enables individuals to make choices about their staff, supports, and services.
• Preventive Services: Provides support to help families learn the necessary skills to ensure their children remain at home and out of foster care placement.
• Behavioral Health Services: Includes community habilitation, caregiver/family supports and services, pre-vocational services, and supported employment.
• Project C.O.A.C.H.: Provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families.

Provides swimming lessons, summer day camp, teen programs (including a teen leaders program), youth sports and fitness, preschool, and various recreational facilities.

Offers a weekly caregivers' support group open to the community. Group is held in a safe, confidential setting in which to vent thoughts and feelings or listen and learn from others.

A decision-making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

Interim case management for individuals living with mental health issues who are in need of support, assessment, referral or linkage to long term services.

Provides comprehensive services for terminally ill patients and their families. Home care provided for the chronically ill and disabled.

Offers an array of Public Clinics and Services to Genesee County residents including Childhood and Adult Immunizations, Tuberculosis Screening and Treatment, confidential Sexually Transmitted Disease screening, and anonymous, confidential AIDS/HIV counseling and testing. Services may be covered by insurance or clients may be eligible for free care.

Assisted living facility providing assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. Amenities include three home-style meals each day, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, ecumenical worship and pastoral care services, social and recreational opportunities, 24-hour security, and case management services. Residents receive priority access to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services on the campus and the various levels of care provided within the Niagara Lutheran Health System.

Offers assistance to older adults for whom budgeting, bill paying, and day-to-day financial matters have become a burden. Trained staff members and volunteers visit the homes of clients to help them:

• Plan a budget / pay bills
• Balance a checkbook
• Live within their income
• Review bank and other statements
• Work with creditors
• Fill out simple insurance forms
• Link with community resources
