A comprehensive screening process by Information and Assistance Specialists provides personalized options counseling to help consumers make informed decisions and assist in accessing available Long Term Services and Support options. Information and assistance is available in various ways including telephone access; face-to-face meetings at the office, in the community, or in the home; and via email.
