Reaches out to individuals with mental illness and their families who are not receiving treatment or are struggling to remain in treatment programs. Provides education about psychiatric disorders to the family and significant others, including support and to understand the mental health system within the county.

Development and enhancement of Independent Living Skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, job readiness, and more. Students utilize positive Social Skills that they learn and develop to help transition them into becoming independent adults.

Provide intensive community-based services to meet the needs of families with at least one child whose behavior disturbance places him or her at risk of placement in a residential treatment center. Services include: Intensive Family Casework, Individual and Family Therapy, Psychiatric Assessment and Treatment, Intensive Probation Supervision, Parent and Youth Support Groups, Recreational Alternatives, Sexual Behavior Group, Respite care, Parent Educators and Wrap-around Services

After School program offerings Mon-Fri from 3:00 pm-5:30 pm for ages 5-12. Early drop-off options available for their pre-school ages 3-5. (Following the Kingston City School District schedule for holidays and inclement weather.)
