The Intensive in Home Family Preservation Program is designed to provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization to families with child (ren) at imminent risk of placement into foster care. Features include:â¢Response to referral within 24 hoursâ¢24-hour-a-day availability â¢Maximum caseload of two â four families per counselorâ¢Services located in the natural environmentâ¢Services responsive to client values and lifestylesâ¢Appointments scheduled at the convenience of clientsâ¢Intensive servicesâ¢Skills-based interventionsâ¢Provision of concrete services for meeting basic needs
A Family Assessment Response helps ensure that children are safe, while at the same time setting aside the issue of fault and negative labels for parent and caretakers.
Preventive services are supportive and rehabilitative services provided to children and their families to avert disruption of a family which could result in an out of home placement for the child, to enable a child who has been placed in foster care to be reunited with his or her family at an earlier time than would otherwise be possible, or to reduce the likelihood that a child discharged from foster care will return to such care.
Provides a brief intensive therapy program designed for families with teens who are at risk of out-of-home placement to solve specific issues, and to work together on the strengths and challenges within the family.
Offers a range of intensive mobile services such as individual and family counseling, psychiatric consultations, crisis intervention and prevention, recreation, respite, parent education and training, tutoring, mentoring, case management, and vocational opportunities.

Family Based Services
Offers long-term psychological support for at-risk children and their parents who have mental health and parenting issues. Provides dyadic therapy (working with the child and the parent) in cases involving child maltreatment, foster care, and issues involving the criminal justice system. Also do outreach to foster care agencies, family court and other related agencies.
A preventative program that provides the appropriate and necessary support to help parents keep their family intact. This is a long term program that assists the parents in identifying any barriers that prevent them from maintaining stability in the family unit and keeping the children safe from abuse and neglect.
Supports families by providing services and resources needed to strengthen the family unit, enable families to remain intact, and avoid unnecessary placement of children in foster care.

Provides an intensive, home-based program designed to reduce out-of-home placement for the most at-risk youth and families. Services include counseling, respite services, mentoring, community supervision, recreation, school and community advocacy, psychiatric and psychological services, and linkage to other community support and programs.
Support, through building intra-family and community connections, to keep families with youth ages 7 to 18 together in a safe, healthy environment and prevent out-of-home placement.
